Helena Gorka

Helena has taught Yoga for over 50 years and continues to teach regularly in Orange County (California) and online.

She has been a Family Constellation Facilitator for over 20 years, having trained in both Europe and the US, and is a Facilitator with the Identity Development Institute.

Helena uses BACH® Flower essences and the energy bodywork of Jin Shin Jyutsu® to support her clients on the journey of health, well-being and self-exploration.

In all her work she helps clients attune to their unique, inner rhythms. Helena enjoys guiding others to self-knowledge and wholeness through her calming presence.
